    sorry, im responding so late. but i mostly BF the baby and about every other day I give her 4 ounces of formula cause my milk will be low.

    aw your welcome Asvi! everything is good, alhamdulillah. things are really hectic with school and ramadan. and yeah, bronchitis has been a pain...iA I hope it goes away soon. this whole year i've been getting sick one way or the other. khair! hows the little one doing? she must be growing up fast!! take care..and ramadan mubarak! =)

    oh, mom said even 1.5 would do if you are serving a lot of other things with the chaawal. but i say you go with 2 to be on the safe side... because our family has a lot of kids, but you're inviting almost all grown adults, i'm guessing. :) a standard serving of rice is what? half a cup? 125 ml.
