This must be quite a record, with 4 major music artists dying in the same year so far, 3 of which died in the same month:
1) Whitney Houston - February 11, 2012
2) Adam Youch (Beastie Boys) - May 4, 2012
3) Donna Summer - May 17, 2012
4) Robin Gibb (The Bee Gees) - May 20, 2012
And interestingly enough, all of them, except Whitney Houston, basically died from cancer. -
