    oh btw i accidently neg repped you...but i love that you put kq in her place ...she one of the most annoying people on islamica i used to get one her case alot...but then i just realized its just not worth the effort...but its nice to see somebody else knows how annoying she is lol.

    you said you were coming to the states this weekend, right? well if you are nordstrom [a high end department store] is having a mac sale [which never happens]. buy2 shadows and get 1 free. i think it's only certain colors though. but hey free is free. posted it in the makeup thread too but i thought id post here too so you know about it. :) anyways, happy shopping! show me what you get :o

    hey chica, another thing that's good after the gym... protein shake. If you get one with probiotic enzymes it helps keep most people from getting gassy and bloated. And right after a workout, having a little sugar spike can actually be a good thing, so if you mix in some frozen blue berries and half a banana, it'll make it tasty AND be more filling. Maybe you already know about all that stuff, but just in case, i thought i'd mention it too :cool:
