Me too. He's a slippery customer. I think Sir Alan has a bit of a soft spot for him. In the boardroom, from Sir Alan's bodylanguage and tone, you could see he was going to fire another person after Sara got the boot, and at the last second Michael pulled it out of the bag, with his puppy-dog look and pleading to be allowed to be a project manager one more time. Clearly, he's been a good Jewish boy and has been blessed by the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit during his daily visits to the mosque. Being religious pays.
I think it was fair for Sara to go the other night. She was sweet and all but she wasn't good enough.

Yeah, Sara had reached her limit. I think Claire might be in with a good chance although I don't particularly like her. |

People say she's a bit like the Badger. I can see some similarities, but Claire has this habit of undermining her project leaders which doesn't make for a good team player.

I can't believe Raef is out. It's going to get boring. The only interesting part will probably be the introduction where Raef does this proper gay laugh. How an earth is Micheal 'the good Jewish boy' still in there? Sir Alan has a man crush on him.

raef was a top guy, but sir alan was right....he doesnt seem like a "business man". claire is much more focussed and what sir alan is looking for.
all i remember from yesterday was "the atmosphere was very gayous" or something like that hahaahha only RAEF would say that.

i agree Raef is def the top guy but it was right for him to go..I now want Michael to win!  Lee is pretty good too though..i know Claire's a ( cow ) but she's really good and def fit for the job.

What is UP with Raef's hair?? Did you see it on "You're Fired"? It was like he was wearing a toupee or something.
I find Michael INTENSELY irritating and I hope he goes next.
I like Lucinda.
I'm not sure exactly what Helene DOES, I've never seen her doing anything or contributing anything significant.
Alex - could be in the final.
Lee - ditto.
Claire - ditto.

I was in shock for about 10 minutes after Raef was fired.  
And Michael's a pedantic git - I mean Claire, as much as I don't like her, has actually improved. Lucinda was a bit insane this week
