Re: Dose Anyone Here Like Indian Movies? :)
"om shanti om?"
go watch a movie like "mere mehboob" and then tell me how you can honestly enjoy any of the new crap. ever since a) mohammed rafi died, and b) dawood ibrahim left bombay, bollywood is strongly influenced by a mix of hindutva & america worship. watching newer bollywood movies, you might forget that muslims exist in india. even the "khans" (with the exception of the original, yusuf, aka dilip kumar, who accepted the nishan-e-imtiaz from pakistan) are bal thackerays chamchas. i refuse to watch that crap. REFUSE.

Indian movies are like walking on broken glass with your bare feet!
And then walking in a puddle of vinegar!

so, when you go to watch movies called 'om shanti om,' do you get all dressed up in a sari and a bindi and not bathe for a couple of days, kind of like people who dress up as elves to go watch LOTR?

Omg I just realized the title has an incorrectly spelled word
Serves Indian movie lovers right!
Also this thread kills brain cells so it took me a while to realize the wrong spelling

Theres only 2 MunnaBhai movies out......and BOTH are awesome!!
When I say that I love Indian movies, that does not mean I love every single movie out there........yuck, some of them are plain nasty and total bs!
I love some of the old movies from the by-gone era, especially the ones that had Dilip Kumar and many of the movies from 1960's and onwards .....and I also love many of the movies from this era as well

Re: Does Anyone Here Like Indian Movies? :)
I was so confused while watching the second Munna Bhai. At the end of the first MunnaBhai movie, they tell you he got married and had 2 kids. However, in the second one, hes single and hitting on some DJ. WTH?
