Loved it. Silly plot as usual but lots of funny lines.

about a 17 year old Colombian girl who is recruited to smuggle drugs into the US.
 one of the most intense movies i've ever seen. i seriously loved it.

The Dreamers
one of THE worst movies i've ever seen. the dialogue was excruciatingly pretentious, the characters were unbelievable, and the plot barely existed. it was essentially incest-porn dolled up in an artsy veneer, with french accents for good measure. and even that sounds more interesting than it actually was.
i think this reviewer said it best: "A lazy film about lazy people that, predictably, would have lazed me into a coma if it weren't for the near non-stop nudity."

Saw the hulk. Lots of stuff blowing up, and great special effects, with a decent plot. I was entertained.

also, did anyone else catch the horrible editing? the boom mic constantly in the picture at that dinner scene? laaaaaaaame. |

deliciously nutty czech avant-garde film from the 60's that bursts with color and revels in its own absolute frivolity. i've never seen anything like this

Really? I thought it was the funniest movie of the last 15 years. It blew away every expectation of mine in every way and I'm trying now to get it on DVD as soon as possible. |
