And you know, when Bourne Identity came out, I refused to go see with my friends... it was just another action movie of some guy with super powers. Then I saw it on movie channel and thought it was alright... it was on a couple of times and I liked it more. Then I got Bourne Supremacy on DVD because it was one of the only ones with Spanish tracks (I was practicing) and I liked it a lot.
By the time the third one started, it opens with him running through the snow in Moscow, with the classic Bourne music and I was like "YEH!" The whole way through right to the end, it had me pegged, and it ended well, leaving you with that "YEH!" feeling as you walked away. Which was amazing because by that time you have high expectations (although maybe after T3, Matrix 3 and Die Hard 4 not so much).
3:10 to Yuma def thumbs up for that cowboy one, a genre I generally hate.

Re: Movies Watched Recently
Rambo- surprisingly awesome. different from the other movies in the series, but not necessarily worse. Actually I'd say it lived up to the name very well. Also it was ultra-violent

Re: Movies Watched Recently
The Holiday. loved it.
Jack Black finally took a role where he doesn't play an idiot. well done homie.
Jude Law, as always, is
Kate Winslet is just stunning. that girl is the bomb!
Cameron Diaz, well, was a good choice for the role. although something about her irritates me a tad bit. don't know what it is.
i feel the same way about Kiera Knightley.
maybe that's partly why i didn't like Atonement

Re: Movies Watched Recently
I just saw Borat. I managed to close my eyes for most of the male nudity, but I was unfortunate enough to catch a glimpse here and there. I'd never seen anyone so fat, so naked before...

That movie is just dumb fun its more like Die Hard than Syriana. I thought it was going to be too cliched to enjoy, but it wasnt as bad as some movies (True Lies anyone?) have been in the past. The guy who played the Saudi cop is a good actor, he was in a movie called Paradise Now.
