Why do you hate the British so much? Are you still hung up on the Revolution or something? A good film for you would be The Patriot then. Makes the English look real bad.

Huh? What propaganda are you thinking of?

IS it really that difficult to understand? The movie. regardless of it being true or not, is propaganda. I hate Politically Correct movies that go for that easy emotional pull.

At approximately 0:55 into this trailer for Jumper, they've got this track playing in the background, just after when the dude in the Mercedes drives the car out of the window.

Does anyone recognize it?

I just saw the Friends episode where they discover that Phoebe is a porn star. And by just, I mean three days ago.

Good movie for those who follow BSG. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of cylon ass whomping but it was interesting seeing how the military fleet dealt with the civilian populace...

I would suggest that it doesn't fit your political world view and that is the reason. Not because it is supposedly 'propaganda', but because it shows the story of a good Christian, white man doing something about an injustice of his time. From Variable's account it's a slow moving film filled with dour old men involved in discussions etc. Hardly the stuff that propaganda is made of. Believe me, the British have a lot to answer for as do the Spanish and the French according to my historical viewpoint, but I would still give credit where credit is due, and the reminder that there were good people all over the world, from many different backgrounds at various times in history trying to write wrongs, is just the stuff that the human spirit needs to witness.
