It's great until they add Hugh Grant into it...him, with his overly-done posh accent, sparkly blue-eyes and the same, regurgitated character as a charming Englishman, a little obnoxious but not revoltingly so...urgh. i just (re)watched "Love Actually".

I hate Hugh Grant. If Colin Firth wasn't playing Darcy in Bridget Jones's Diary, I wouldn't have watched the two movies. Grant is intolerable.

Thank you. Darcy makes it all worthwhile, though...

check out the joox website. since i cant post the url here, you can look it up on yahoo or google search engine. they have brand new movies, in full dvd quality. i just watched american gangster on there in dvd quality too. im sick of paying money to rent movies, and then get stuck with late fees. i dont know how people can pay upto $5 to rent a daam movie at blockbuster video, as far as im concerned its just a total rip off.

What makes me almost incredulous is that Liz Hurley made him Godfather of her child!

So your boyfriend goes off and solicits 'custom' from the likes of Divine Brown and your way of thanking him for his 'little indiscretion' is to give him paternity rights in the event of your death? Like huh?

Even more reason why this societal leech should be strung up by her string bikini. Yeah Liz, we know you have a taught torso, we've seen it a zillion times already. Somebody shoot her please.

And then, if you don't already think she epitiomizes the word pathetic, you get good ol' Jemima Goldsmith-Khan cavorting with him in every exotic location in the world, much to the delight of the paparazzi.

Some women are truly beyond stupid.

mmmmmm ya kristen kruek, she is 'fiona' from eurotrip and did the cameo in the song 'scottie doesnt know' YouTube - Eurotrip - Scotty doesnt know (real version)

but i was impressed she is a very fantastic actress, i think her performance was oscar worthy, given that she is not desi at all, and she took up this challenging project and pulled it off flawlesly. at times you almost forget she is euroasian, and really do believe that she is a 17 year old indian muslim girl from delhi.

i really did enjoy the movie, and i suggest watching the movie on the link i posted. but i didnt like how they had to turn it into some kind of romeo juliet love story between a husband and wife. it would have been best if they kept thier relationship platonic, and she eventually finds her way to pakistan.

but overall i was impressed by the acting. the movie being an independent flim, may not have been a big budget movie, but the acting and story line more than makes up for that. jimmy mistri of 'the guru' fame is more well known for his comedic talents, but pulled off a very good acting performance.

AHAHAHA!

You're really upset, eh?

I agree, Jemima was a total disappointment.

Oh, and by the way, guess who plays the lead role in this movie, "Death at a Funeral"? Matthew Macfadyen! He played Mr Darcy in the 2005 re-make of Pride and Prejudice. I hated him then. The only Mr Darcy is Colin Firth!

So yeah, not all Brit celebrities are dumb

Is this about a Hindu boy/Muslim girl relationship? Coz they've got plenty of those. In fact, all inter-religious relationships are portrayed that way, I think. It's never Hindu girl/Muslim boy, eh?
