Their outfits are what struck me the most. 
Anyway, aside from her massive amount of excess hair [genetics can be a *****], she really is a cute girl. Her parents should really do something about her excess hair though.

I don't feel bad for her, to be honest. if she were 8, I would. but she's clearly old enough to tell her mother she wants to get rid of it or save her lunch money to buy nair.
