I can really relate to these 'wild' hijabis. I know the hijab is just a cover up. It says nothing about what person really is.
I understand these 'wild' hijabis, even the stripper ones. I mean the idea of making $500 a night was a little tempting, well for me anyway.
And as for these sisters, at least they are doing something right. Especially when it comes to salaht. Thats the most important thing. Salats might not be accepted if your not covered properly.

*sigh*
Nice to see people taking heed of brother Liam's Nasiha.
I rest my case on teenagers having access to Islamic discussion boards.

Re: Hijabis Gone Wild Stories
What about a girl who's been forced to wear the hijab by her family but she doesnt really want to. So when she takes it off in secret, is she to blame solely or should her family share some of that burden?

What the hell kind of a thread is this?
Kona, you're such a troll. Azher, can't we ban him already?

If this thread had a theme song, it'd be Pon de Replay by Rihanna.
(I was just listening and it seemed to fit)

'Cause only a "wild hijabi" would be offended by this thread, right?
I guess that's what Liam is too.
This is a reminder to myself before anybody else. I know it's tempting to post in a thread like this and share some of the crazy things you've seen and it seems like it's all in good fun. But c'mon guys, it's Ramadan. Let's refrain in this month, at least.
This thread degrades women and eroticizes hijabis. It also normalizes sinning yet somehow at the same time, it allows some of us to act judgmental. There are reasons why we don't discuss our sins, okay? And there are reasons why we don't gossip about people. Remember, either you're backbiting them if it's true or you're slandering them if it's not.

I think I heard about the sisters in Philly, it was supposed to be this big scandal. Of course, the one who was the stripper, my only question was what was the brother who saw her doing in the strip club? that seems to be overlooked

Re: Hijabis Gone Wild Stories
Aslamualikum
its ramadan. i dont think talking about anyone or labeling them as anything and informing the rest of the people on this site about these issues will add this to our lists of good deeds.
everyone's different, theres alot of bad hijabis but then the majority are pure and are on the right path. Allah knows best. and gossiping about anyone is definitly a big no-no.
just remember the ones that have lost their path in your duas and Inshallah Allah will straighten them as he wills.

Re: Hijabis Gone Wild Stories
Maybe it's time to trash this thread.
(and then bring it out again after Ramadan )

Re: Hijabis Gone Wild Stories
Coongratulations for opening another wierd thread! The threads you are opening are worthless. No offense.
We know that things like that may exist. It's like if a practising muslim male starts to do everything what he is not supossed to to. Is there any difference? Of course not but for the people is different.

Re: Hijabis Gone Wild Stories
WELL I HEARD THAT THIS ONE HIJABI WAS ...... AND THEN SHE..... OMG!
seriously people, if you feel the need to hear titillating stories, go read The Weekly World News. or any other supermarket tabloid. I mean, Britney's doing plenty lately.
Please try and cover the sins of your hijabi sisters. And your non-hijabi sisters and brothers, because OMG they can sin too. Make 70 excuses and try to avoid sin yourself. Allah gave you rules so you could follow them, not so you could point and laugh at others who aren't. okay? okay.
