The month of Rabi ul awwal often used to remember the great favor Allah (swt) showered us with by making us the Ummati of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. And Muslims wait this month celebrate to Moulid. But there is dispute also exist among the Muslim scholars, whether celebrate this event or not by the Muslims Umma. Share your point of view about it. I shared the link regarding the subject.

Asalamu Alaikum,
I read the article, and believe me, I've heard just about all there is to hear on this subject. The hadith from Bukhari and Muslim that the prophet, may Allah's peace and blessing be upon him, stated: “Whoever has performed a deed which is not in the religion from its inception is rejected (not acceptable to Allah) “ is often used to prove the point of those that like to toss the word "bid'ah" around haphazardly.
For example Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 2.250
Narrated by Abu Huraira
At the time of the Fajr prayer the Prophet (saws) once asked Hadrat Bilal (r.a.): "Tell me of the best deed you did after embracing Islam, for I heard your footsteps in front of me in Paradise." Bilal (r.a.) replied, "I did not do anything worth mentioning except that whenever I performed ablution during the day or night, I pray after that ablution, as much as Allah has written for me."
Now this was not an act that was told for us to do by the prophet, may Allah's peace and blessing be upon him, but Bilal, may Allah be pleased with him, took it upon himself to do so and it was accepted by Allah Most High.
There is nothing wrong with any act (i.e. making dhikr out loud or in a group, having a daily wird, etc.) as long as it does DOES NOT CONTRADICT Islam and the shari'ah. There are too many acts to name that were brought about after the death of the prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, for one to simply say "anything that was not around at the prophet's time is bid'ah".
Having said that, I see nothing wrong with acknowledging the birth of the prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him. But it's how you do it. The parades held with floats and all that, yeah that's a bit much and is definately a bid'ah. However, if one wants to get together with others and discuss the life of the prophet may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, send blessings upon him or even just have a group reading of a book of sirah. I, for one, recite the durood in the Dalail al Khayrat on that day (among others) but do more on that day. Many of the people I've seen shout "bid'ah" concerning the mawlid celebrate their children's birthdays at Chuck E Cheese. So you go all out and celebrate one who is going to do nothing but take (as all children do) but not even acknowledge the birth of one who did nothing but give? Please. Priorities. Have some.
And that, for what it's worth, is my opinion on the subject...rant-like as it may be.
"O God, if I worship You for fear of Hell, burn me in Hell,
And if I worship You in hope of Paradise,
Exclude me from Paradise.
But if I worship You for Your Own sake,
Grudge me not Your everlasting Beauty."
Rabia Al-Adawiya (may Allah be pleased with her)
And if I worship You in hope of Paradise,
Exclude me from Paradise.
But if I worship You for Your Own sake,
Grudge me not Your everlasting Beauty."
