Whenever the industrial design team at my company has an opening for an intern, they're always interviewing some "chic"
the supervisor has frikkin 3 kids and i think the oldest is like 11 or 12
at what point to these people grow out of this stuff

If any part of the interns' roles are public facing, then yeah, they'll be interviewing chicks. hot chicks.
IQ levels, experience, or competence arent a priority.

Companies call it a beauty parade. The eloi get the praise, and the morlocks do the work, and that's how the economy crumbles, because the eloi start to think they can do the morlocks work..
