Technically he said it's not permitted for consumption by the Scripture/Bible, which I think would translate into haraam

what???...

My sister has a girlfriend who parties with her and my sis told me that the girl is Muslim and wears hijab "sometimes when she feels like it." The best part is that the girl was born and raised Muslim and originally comes from Albania. Its not like shes a noob who just doesnt know any better (cause ive seen those too. Theres a new convert that I see around once in awhile and she shows her neck and high parts of her chest but still covers her hair. lol. I kind of want to help her out but since shes practically a stranger, I dont want to be like "hey, let me show you how to wear this the right way" since I feel like it might offend her. She'll learn eventually. I did.)

And thats cool about the Christian preacher who says that pork is nast. God really worked in me instantly when I converted to Islam to feel disgusted by pork. When I was in high school, I wanted to try being vegetarian and pepperonni was the hardest thing in the world for me to give up. I looooove me a good pepperonni pizza. Now, any pork products seriously repulse me and it happened instantly. I dont miss pork even a little bit.

Besides...they have turkey pepperonni at the local grocery store and it tastes exactly the same :)

but shrimp is a different story... shrimp with some shrimp cocktail sauce is one delicious snack.

and I love it in sushi.
