Honstly, most of the places in the forum are simply for Muslims to get together and share normal every day conversation. The Religion and Spirituality thread often times has some nice posts about religion, but this forum has really helped me to get to know other Muslims in more of a real life conversational way rather than getting to know them only through religious discussion.
May I recommend a good forum for you? If you go to www.switchfoot.com and click on "community", there is a section of the forum called "What Do You Believe" and it is ALWAYS controversial and exciting. In fact, I have to limit myself to how many times I can go there per week because I get all worked up and bent out of shape. In fact, theres a big thread right now called "islam" where this jerk guy keeps ganging up on me and trying to prove that Islam is a violent religion while I am trying to prove that its not. It would be a really good place for someone like you who wants to get into a good deep religious discussion
and then you can come here for your normal everyday conversations with other Muslim people.

and then you can come here for your normal everyday conversations with other Muslim people.I wouldn't even bother talking about Islam to folks on a forum like that. The only way people are gonna change their mind of Islam is if they know Muslims personally.
