salaam everyone,

my husband has a job prospect in pittsburgh. it's right down the street from the uni of pittsburgh. he needs a place to stay for a month (he'll pay), so if you know of anyone, preferably muslim, looking for a roommate, please let me know. he'll be heading there something this week (iA). thanks!

My grandma is in Pittsburgh but she's not too fond of non-whites/Muslims. Otherwise, I have no connections with anybody from Pittsburgh. Good luck to your husband. It's a good place to live with the changes they've made (from what I've heard).

I know of a few people in Pittsburgh. Well, more like friends of friends. I will ask about this to my friend though. She went to Pitt and has the contacts.

I don't think there are too many Islamican connections to Pittsburgh. Would it be feasible for him to stay in a mosque? Are you a member of a Facebook Muslim group that could help out?

I'm sorry if my insensitivity toward your beliefs offends you. But guess what - your religious wars, jihads, crusades, inquisitions, censoring of free speech, brainwashing of children, murdering of albinos, forcing girls into underage marriages, female genital mutilation, stoning, pederasty, homophobia, and rejection of science and reason offend ME. So I guess we're even.

your best bet is to contact the MSA of the uni and ask them if they have kids looking for roommates.. w/ the new semester just starting im sure people are moving in/out. good luck!
