That is tragic in many ways. The fact that he was killed but also the fact that he is wanted on felony burglary charges??? If indeed he did do that, why????!! Typical Desi kids in America in general aren't felons and burglars?? They are too busy with school, jobs, family, friends and other normal things. This doesnt make sense to me.

Khair... who knows what happened in this case?
Very tragic though.
May Allah SWT forgive his sins, grant him Jannat ul Firdaus and grant his family sab'r throughout their grief.
He looks a lot younger than 25.

The Holy Quran, 13:11
The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "Religion is very easy, and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded."
Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 1, Hadith 38

On the authority of Anas, who said: I heard the messenger of Allah say:
Allah the Almighty has said: “O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as its.” (Hadith Qudsi, Tirmidhi)
________
‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr ibn Al-’Aas heard the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) saying: “It will be said to the companion of the Qur’an: Read and elevate (through the levels of the Paradise) and beautify your voice as you used to do when you were in the dunyaa! For verily, your position in the Paradise will be at the last verse you recite!” [Aboo Daawood and At-Tirmithee, saheeh]

The Messenger said: “And the Qur’an is a proof for you or against you.” [Muslim]

Please lets not point out other's wrongs. This person is not alive in this world, either, to justify anything. I know his sister and right now their family needs duas more than anything, i dont find it to be the right time to point out "oh he was a part of a burglary" or "oh, he went to a nightclub, astaghfirullah" im not pointing fingers or anything, but let's just please sit down and make dua that Allah grant him jannah and make his grave wide and filled with noor and grant his family the patience to endure this pain. They are in pain no one can imagine right now and they need our duas.
The janaza is tomorrow after Jumu'ah. Houston muslims: please go to it! its at madrassah islamiah.

hafiz ul quran doesnt make u a saint, ppl mistake that and think a person is w/out falws if they are hafizs..they commit sins, they are human. This is in many ways, a eye opener too.
insh'Allah there comes ease after pain.

Inna lillahee wa inna ilayhee rajeeoun..
Exactly what I was going to say.. we can't cimply typecast like that because it simply doesn't work.
I hope his family and parents especially aren't given a hard time by their community for the mystery around his case..

my dad just told me that the case has finally been declared as a homicide case and will be investigated further, inshallah. the story has too many unanswered questions that do not seem to fit together, im glad they've finally decided it wasn't an "accidental death"...
