Not every law school graduate practices law anyway. Ya, not surprising.

it translates to higher supply of lawyers more than quantity demanded. which means tougher competition for law firms and would force them to charge much lower fee's in order to survive ....

i was reading up on applying to law schools. I am transferring to stony brook iA for fall, because I really have no hope of getting into law school with a fashion degree. Philosophy has the least requirements(36 credits), which means I could be done with it within 2 semesters iA(done with all the gen ed requiremets from FIT already), so Im going to aim for that. My issue is, if I need to send all transcripts of every school I attended, and my gpa from f.i.t is less than stellar, then is that a huge issue? I had a little time period when I was distracted and started doing horribly in school(and dropping classes left and right), and I dont want that to make me look bad. I know that once I go to stony iA my gpa will be good again(esp since only credits would transfer from fit and not grades) but the point is that wherever i apply to law school would be looking at ALL the transcripts, not just stony. Is this a huge problem? Or can a really good gpa from stony and a good personal statement (and insha Allah goood lsat score) make up for the fit transcripts?? im a little worried now..

Help
