Yeah the job market really sucks now. My wife just graduated college and has been trying to find something but there's just nothing out there. Companies are seeking overqualified candidates at underpaying roles because they'll be able to do the job better and there's nothing else out there for them.

If a job ad says £19000 per annum, £15000 actual- does actual mean what you really get after you get taxed?

So Im dreading that "WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST WEAKNESS" question....
I was thinking of saying I need to become more assertive, but now Im wondering if thats not good, I do NOT want to say Im a workaholic....
