Many low lives are using this as an oppurtunity to attack rival businesses.

Isn't Karachi where MQM is located? Those dudes should have prepared to shoot rioters left and right after the assassination, but it took them 3 days to secure their own city after 950 vehicles have been torched and the economy is in shambles. Couldn't they have just hung some of the rioters in public on Thursday to prevent this happening.

In Mexico my uncle always carries a gun with him when he is in his car in the poor areas; and I was told that Pakistanis do the same. Its really sad that people were left defenseless against the animals

they are shooting at rioters, and its angering alot of people as it is. if the govt started shooting rioters dead, it would be a public relations nightmare. you have to think about that, before you start spouting extremist nonsense.

yeah. most of what relatives live in what is considered a well off part of karachi. however they said that there's been a shortage of milk/flour/sugar and basic stuff like that in some areas around where they live....and people with $$$ in pakistan arent used to the shortage of anything..especially not food.. maybe electricity and water every now and then but even that can be worked around..

anyways also a nearby Bata shoe store was burnt down and what not.

Here's some extremist non-sense from another forum and I totally agree with it.

Quote

Pakistan is pretty much weak because it does not have a strong leadership.

Take a look at the **** that happened today :

- 3 Police officers shot and injured
- 500 cars burned
- 13 banks burned and robbed in karachi
- 200 banks looted, attacked or burned down nationwide accross Pakistan
- 2 police stations attacked/burned
- 5 garment shop workers burned to death
- rioters getting in to multiple gun fights with police and paramilitry
- Gas stations burned down accross the country
- 10 railway stations burned into the ground and destoryed
- 9 train cars burned
- Passenger trains burned down
- Multiple goverment buildings looted, burned or destoryed accross the country.
- Multiple members of the goverment have also been killed in shootings.
etc...

Pakistan: Al-Qaida behind Bhutto killing - Yahoo! News

Name 1 other country on the planet that would ever allow this to happen?

If this happened in any other country on the Planet the military would go ape **** and kill every single rioter and destory them into dust.

Yet the British goverment(aka Gorden Brown) warned Pakistan not to install marshal law because it wasn't needed. If marshal law was ever needed this is the most perfect example of being needed.

This is basiclly why Pakistan is in the trouble it's in.

Western countries need to stop trying to spread democracy in pakistan. Pakistan needs brutal dictatorship like the Soviet Union.

The Soviet Union would have crushed this situation in less then 24 hours.

I'm a strong supporter of dictatorship in Pakistan like either Chinese CCP or Soviet Union's Stalin, or Nazi Germany. A leader that will destory and annilate every single man women and child that steps out of line in gas chambers.

Pakistan needs a leader that is willing to kill whole villages in a heart beat if it suits Pakistans agenda.

Western countries keep on thinking voters in Pakistan are nice college kids who protest with words and banners. They don't realise that people in Pakistan riot by burning banks, killing people, blowing **** up, machine gunning people down, stealing money, destoying rail way tracks and killing goverment officals.

You need to hit these people back with full military force and kill and destory everything they know.

my cousins just came back from karachi today. they said they had never seen so many burned out cars in their lives. the rioters were walking right down the street in front of our house. the metro taxi cab (a safer, more expensive one that visitors rely upon) is shut down, so they had to pay a local man extra to get them to the airport (very risky considering they didn't know him). the guy blew all the red lights on the way b/c he didn't want anyone to seize upon the vehicle. just to be safe, they reached the airport at 5 p.m. for a 5 a.m. flight the next morning. quite an experience they went through based on the looks of their faces.

Sorry, but that stuff you posted [from another forum or whatever] was some really retarded hyperbolic cranial excreta.

Gas chambers? Scorched earth policies?

What the hell is wrong with this idiot?

Stupid armchair generals.

And, I really hate it when people don't know how to spell basic words like "destroy" and "annihilate" - its makes their retarded blabfest look even more retarded.

Oh yeah, and to answer that retarded question - what other country would allow this to happen?

France.

End of story.

Think the author was half-joking in the last part about killing whole villages. Seriously just grab a bunch of the emo PPP dudes and hang them in public just like Zia ul Haq did with the other Bhutto. I mean these guys had absolutely no problem slaughtering less violent protestors during the Chief Justice riots in the summer; why not do the same now.

Can't believe she has so many supporters. The only people that I know who support her are either liberals/elitists or the villagers of sindh (all paid to support her or only support her cuz shes from the same clan/ethnicity). And now cuz of all these riots and whatnot the western media has everyone believe she was the only hope left for pakistan and was actually popular with the people. Right :faint:

And yes, Pakistanis do need someone who can rule them with an iron fist, lay down proper punishments, and be JUST in delivering them. Lebanon lost a much more popular leader and riots of such scale were not seen. If the people of Pakistan loved her soo much, there would have been mass demonstrations out on the streets instead of gangs of PPP youngsters torching the city down. Pakistan needs a new leader, someone who stands up to the principles of islam and the constitution, is transparent and is not in it to uphold their family name, status quo or fill up their bank account. Wishful thinking.. i know. :faint:

I wonder how the kid feels, knowing soon he'll become a marked man and be shot and killed like the rest of his family was.

What a depressing legacy to inherit.

Ok, the whole thing at the end was out of line, but how would you deal with this situation, hand out fliers telling people to go home. These illiterate people are so stupid they want to burn the country down. I bet most of the people don't care about Bhutto, they just want to create havoc.
