Reiterating my love for DC. Must. move. there. So much to DO there, just wow.

Even though I hate the traffic. Freaking insane.

Stopped by Mandarin Chinese yesterday. Can someone tell me why they have such an awkward entrance into the lot? Annoying. I decided to order something other than the norm and didn't like it. Not sure why. Most people love it. I think I just wasn't in the mood for chinese yday.

I haven't checked out the following. SO SAD. Soon IA
Pizza Romas in College Park
Amina Thai

There's a huge Muslim population at that school. But not sure about Islamicans..I think old schoolers used to go there. But yeah, don't worry, lotsa Muslims, still! You should join the MD/DC/VA Muslims group on FB or the UMD College Park MSA group. Btw, you mean the College Park campus, right? Cuz there's also another UM called UMBC

There are lots of amazing universities in the area. It depends on how far you're looking to commute etc. But most people take advantage of them even if they have to commute a lot bc people come from all over the US for these schools. John Hopkins, Georgetown, George Washington, American, etc are a few...

RJs is awesome Sally!! Come again and we'll go there! We'll get Jinnz to come too and everyone else who loves them.

Roma is good and cheap but dumpy. Amina Thais is nice but hard to get a large group there.

i looked into john hopkins. that was my dream school! but i talked to a counselor there and she recommended to not transfer just for my senior year because first off, they only really accepted transfers who were coming after their second year and ill have only my senior level engineering classes left which will be weird for me because their teaching style and my current schools teaching style will be quite different. and its expensive >.<
