Kung Fu Panda 2. Actually, better than the first, and it avoids a lot of mistakes I thought it would make.

Midnight Run. It's a mismatch road trip movie that actually works!
I'm sorry if my insensitivity toward your beliefs offends you. But guess what - your religious wars, jihads, crusades, inquisitions, censoring of free speech, brainwashing of children, murdering of albinos, forcing girls into underage marriages, female genital mutilation, stoning, pederasty, homophobia, and rejection of science and reason offend ME. So I guess we're even.

Sherlock Holmes. Would have helped had I not tried to watch it while half-asleep.

Happy Gilmore. Really funny, one of the few truly good comedies Adam Sandler made.

Prometheus

Very great movie. The entire movie is intense, especially the parasite scene.

Wanted. It continuously amazes me that someone tried to turn this movie into an allegory about fate when it was clearly meant to be a dumb action flick. The result is that a movie which could have been entertaining ends up being insulting. Also too much bullet time.

The Hunger Games. Excellent! But now here's another series of books I'm interested in enough to track down and read.

Saw Avengers, I realllly enjoyed it, surprisingly

"Alien Vs Ninja"

Such a grindhouse film.

Isn't it, though?

John Carter. Try not to think too lowly of it just because it bombed. Give it a chance. It's really likable if you're able to set your brain on cruise control.

lots of plot holes though. but yeah, that scene and the opening scene were pretty awesome.

Rock of Ages. Terrible, yet magnificent! I'm going to get that one on DVD.

Ghandi. Excellent, but a little long in the tooth.

Cowboys vs. Aliens. Hated it. Almost shut it off. You would think it would be two happy hours of cowboys and aliens shooting mindlessly at each other, but it took itself way too seriously, the actors didn't look like they were having any fun, and it tried to create a bit of suspense by throwing in a racial tension side plot between the cowboys and Indians.

The Dark Knight Rises. The only bad thing is that Liam Neeson didn't have a bigger part.

The Last Starfighter. I know why it's a fantasy. Because people would care as much about a broken video game record like they do at the beginning of the movie!

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. Good, absorbing at times, interesting look at James. But it's one of those movies which goes through a prolonged series of endings that drag it out for at least 20 more minutes after it already ended.
