Re: The NHL Thread
Sabres take their fifth in a row over the Flyers. Miller finally seems to be regaining his all-star form. I can't believe he stopped 42 of 43 shots against the Isles last week.

Re: The NHL Thread
i was watching sportsnets, and the scores year end specials..
man it was nice too see all the spectacular goals, save and plays from the past year...
millers save vs. boston
raycrofts save vs. st louis
nashs goal at the world championships
towes goal vs. colorado
crosbys goal vs the habs
buffalo and ottawa brawl. biron vs. emery..haha priceless!
canada vs. usa shootout at the world jr. championships.
..so many more.. but my personal fave moment was.. when stefan missed the open net vs. the oilers and they went the other way and scored with like 3 seconds left! lol

the best thing about that play was how my man ryan smyth stayed onside even though it was nearly impossible for him to do that.

haha thats my pet peeve.. when theres a good scoring chance.. and theres always that one guy who cant stay onside!! *jason chimera*
jason blake.. 5 million dollars..on pace for 10 goals!
i feel bad for the guy.. but i think they should bench him, or put him on the ir..

Re: The NHL Thread
I would just yell at him for being a selfish player who would rather skate around the entire offensive zone until he's knocked off the puck than pass it to an open player.
i really hope toskala is ok and the groin pull is nothing serious otherwise we're screwed.

Re: The NHL Thread
arnt toivonen and legace on the same team?
yeah u shuld trade toivonen for roli. edm might not win in regulation much... but if it goes to a shootout... my money is on them.
what other tenders are available? pick up leclaire.... guy got his 7th shutout of the season today! haha everyone thought i was crazy when i picked him! rightfully so thoe.. he has been plagued with injuries the past few seasons.
