ohh mann.. what a third period! 7 goals in like 10 mins.. McCabe scores the winner for the Sabres as they beat the Leafs 5-4 with 3.5 seconds left OT. lol that clutch!!

Yeah. The Blackhawks really needed to make a statement with that game against the Avalanche. And boy howdy, they made it. Five goals, an explosion right when I needed to see one.

Dear Toronto Maple Leafs,
Please stop taking stupid penalties, especially when your already down a man and there is more then a minute left on the first penalty.
Let me remind you that a game in the national hockey league is composed of three regulatory periods which are 20 mins long, and that no lead is safe in this "new" NHL. Therefore please play the full sixty minutes, especially when you have the lead going into the final 20.
Finally, please stop losing.

Watch for Toskala to play quite a few games in succession (Maurice and JFJ need to protect their jobs at this point...)

Dear god, we trade Marty Biron to Philadelphia because he's good and suddenly he decides he wants to become the next Bernie Parent?! He wasn't supposed to be THAT good! Someone tell the Flyers we want a refund! Ty Conklin?! I'm even more sickened thinking of that... Stupid Sabres...
It's really pathetic that I'm relying on the Blackhawks to do the number on Toronto that I expected the Sabres to do. (And yes, I know Buffalo beat the Leafs. But that took overtime.)

Since I cant rely on the Leafs to beat Buffalo.... the Blue Jackets do a pretty good job eh!  ....too bad they only play each other once
just when i hear that Wellwood is about to come back.. which should help Tucker.. i hear that Tucker is out indefinitely with a knee injury...lovely!
