Reception [or lack of it] has more to do with other factors. sig/ant strength, tower distance, battery reserves, are key factors.

ive had both tri and quad band phones and have lived in the same house for years and years and years. and the quad has spectacular reception/quality/clarity relative to the tri.

Shoppers’ biggest complaint, Parsons told Marketing Daily, is that sales reps “did not have enough knowledge about the products being offered, and that they did not explain the service-plan differences in enough detail.” Mobile retailers should put more phones on display for customers to handle, shoppers said, and let them play before pushing them to sign a contract.

haha is that why my store is the leading store in cell phones in the entire district, and is even beating many in the GTA area

rogers LOVES our store. we are located in such a crappy part of the mall, arent known for selling cell phones, and still beat the actual ROGERS store and other cell phone specialty stores. we know our shiiiiz, yo. or were just reeeally good hustlers
