I'm sure there are ways around them. for example, any picture you post on facebook can be hotlinked and viewed by anyone. So if you have a friend who links a picture, or if someone who isnt your friend manages to figure out a way to access the picture directory in some way (and i'm sure its possible), then your pictures can be linked out to whoever wants them. Thats probably the least complicated trick, people have all kinds of ways to exploit facebook

This one random hoe messaged me one time telling me I was a dork and loser and cursing me for some reason. I didn't really care much at the time cos I was in Sharm el Sheikh and I was about to go to TGI Fridays, but yeh loads of weirdos on Facebook.

so true, and even the more simple ways of having your photos spread around is discomforting. i'm always surprised other people arent as creeped out about everyone and their mother potentially having access to all their hundreds of pictures. you could say that it's the same as being outside and having people look at your face, but the difference with facebook is that those pictures can be right-clicked and viewed by whomever whenever for how ever long.
those who do privacy settings and go crazy with the personal information/pictures are just fooling themselves. people DO link pictures to other people, and considering that most people have 100+ friends, who knows who is linking what.

okay i'm not making this up. i just saw this option for adjusting your newfeed where you can add friends that are more interesting and it'll give you more on your newsfeed about them. and then you can put friends that you dont really care about on a seperate list and it wont put stuff about them on your newsfeed...unless there's nothing else going on.

yea thats is a bit wierd I went and changed my settings so that it wouldn't show up on google.

Yeah I know what ur talkin about mate... It's deffo an option but cnt rmbr off the top of me head which section it is under - dont worry ur not going mental.... jus yet
