i dont wanna put my family/extended family on limited cuz it's kinda mean and i dont have anything to hide but it's annoying beyond belief when people post things on your wall that your family doesnt need to wonder about..just the wording, gosh.

I think my sisters have more friends than me- and they only JUST got on facebook. My dumb plan totally worked though. I have a girl on my list with my name, and we have been corresponding nicely

Possibly someone has tagged you in a picture that is accessible by those, or friends of those that are contacting you. It could also be that the tag is misplaced, and they think you are someone else. Also, see below:

That is totally true. If you allow applications to have access to your profile ( which you do by adding it ) then that application has access to all your information at some level. If anyone else can take advantage of the application, either by hacking it, or is the maintainer of the application's code, then they have access to all your information, and your visibility to your friends as well, along with pictures, etc.
