dang, that's pretty cool!

i wonder if he's into World of Warcraft.

some of the guys at work have that kinda of setup as far as the monitors, sometimes up to 5 of them...

it's pretty crazy! they use 5 characters at once, with a software or hardware bind, to control all of them at once.

12 years ago i got a pentium 120 w/ 2gb (? dont remember) hd. that was pretty killer at the time.

that pc met an unfortunate fate

so 10 years ago i got a p2-450 w/ 10gb which was pretty dope at the time as well

until then i mostly used work laptops and stuff. then 4 years ago i got an HT P4 3.4ghz w/ 1gb ram, 250gb hd, 256mb ati radeon, sb audigy, surround sound, bunch of other goodies.. it was pretty 'bad' at the time.

time for another new pc soon.

Those are Dell [where I work] flat-panels in a tri-monitor configuration.

At the office we have dual-monitor configuration as standard because we have so much crap open all the time.

Currently at home I have a 2 Ghz pc with 1gb of ram and three HDDs totaling to about 250GB, and a massive 21" flat CRT which I still use because the dot-pitch is way better than LCD or plasma, when it comes to graphics.

I have no plans to upgrade until I move out.

Yep .

Nice setup you got there YOUSUFofSD, I still haven't overclocked my CPU, quite surprised at the idle temperature of 25 degrees using the Zalman CNPS9500.

I'll stuff your hints where the sun don't shine, little man. Seriously, I'll have no part in your upgrade.

Seriously.

^^ That one might have required a dedicated AC to cool it down.

You sure it wasn't a server that you had configured for someone?
