...I think I have a new favorite and it's called Safari PC
Hey everyone,
If you're bored or want to play around with a new browser, I'm really digging the new Safari PC beta from Apple.
It's the best-looking web experience I've ever had -- by far. It's worth checking out so nab a download if you get a chance at:

Be warned: it's still a public beta. But it's fairly stable and I haven't seen much stuff breaking. ;-) |

The pc version works really buggy and slow for me... Maybe it has to do with vista.
The osx version rocks though! Can't wait till a full release.

as salaamu alaikum,
i installed it and started browsing a few pages of apple's own website.
and then it crashed.
not only that, it has that ugly-mac-brushed-metal-reminiscent-of-the-abomination-that-is-quicktime-for-windows look to it. thanks, but no thanks.

hmmm.....well there's a reason it's still in beta, i suppose. i'm a fan of anything that can pass ACID2 in beta though. 
let's hope this ignites the firefox devs. |

I'll prolly buy a Macbook in october (when OS X Leopard gets released) sometime Insha Allah. I can wait for Safari till then  |

they'll be re-doing the entire macbook line soon, just as they did with the imacs. Don't buy one too early or you'll end up regretting it a month after the new ones arrive :'( Believe me i know =(.

Haha yea I know. I'm assuming the new Macbooks will come with the next release of Mac OS X. Probably to match the design of the new iMacs. It's gonna be schweet  |

As-Salaamu 'Alaykum,
I just had a 'janazah' for my PowerBook, so I'll probably buy a new Mac sometimes later in the year as well Insha-Allaah. The thing about Mac is, even though they have Safari...I dont ever use it. Mozilla all the way! But then again, its practically all the same on Mac.

Ok I crumbled and downloaded it. I think it can get addicting 
Edit: after about 4 patches released, safari works pretty decently now.
