Re: Video Games Currently Playing
Tetris DS has taken Tetris and made it into something they never dreamed possible. It's really an amazing game.
I'm playing Final Fantasy 6 Advance. Trying to get my characters all to level 99 before going after Kefka. We could easily take him now, I'm sure, but I prefer the level 99 thing. Just like Final Fantasy 7.

If you went that far in Final Fantasy VII, did you go the extra mile for the Knights of the Round summon too?

Not only did I do that, I mastered it, got a new born Knights of the Round, and traded in a mastered copy of every summon materia for the Master Summon materia.
You almost have to have Master Summon to beat Ruby Weapon. It might be possible to do it some other way, but if it's possible I don't know of it.

I tip my hat to you sir. I simply don't have the patience to go gunning for 100 percent completion if it would take several years.

Re: Video Games Currently Playing
Well it actually didn't take that long. I'll definitely say that it took a long time, but with the help of some very specific battles with Movers using triple AP gain with weapons like Apocolypse, it was actually pretty easy to master Knights of the Round and subsequently getting Master Summon.
I'd detail it further but 1.) I don't even think you actually care to know my specific strategy (I'm sure there were several) and 2.) I'm not 100% sure I'm even remembering it correctly. So oh well.

I couldn't get those chocobo's to mate to get Knights of the Round. I've played that game 2 times through with the timer running out to 99:59, cried the first time, teared up the second.

Didn't I play you in counter-strike years back? I haven't had a decent desktop in a while so haven't been able to play it. I stopped shortly after CS: Source came out, I wasn't a fan. I've been playing TF2 on xbox live for a while now... I hear its not as good as the pc version, but it works for me.

I think you did, I still play it all the time, best game ever, but too many 100+ FPS T3 connection nerds out there for my taste.
