I dropped my cell phone in the toilet

This is why I always put my phone (and keys) in the inside pocket of scrub shirts. My wallet (yes, I carry a men's wallet in the hospital ) goes in the inside pocket of the scrub pants. I may have funny lumps in awkward places, but I have yet to lose my phone or my money.

Edit: That's only if I know I'll have to take my coat off. Otherwise, all that stuff goes in the inside pockets of my coat. It's warmer that way too.

Eventually, someone would have to put their hands in and fish it out. The best thing to do in that situation is explain it to someone who works there and ask them to give you a plastic bag or washing up glove, then you don't have to leave your dirty work to someone else

I dropped my tamagotchi in the toilet twice it didnt work after the first so i returned it and got a new one then i did the same again ....in my defence i was young and addicted

Get a phone strap-even if the phone starts falling, you might be able to pick it up.
I got a piece of soft sushi at the end of the strap so inshaAllah I won't lose/drop it as easily.

i dropped my glasses in the loo once and they worked just fine. that was before i was dropping contacts into the bowl - hard to fish out, i tell ya.

I dropped my phone outside a few weeks ago, but I didn't find it for like 2 weeks. It had rained, snowed, and all kinds af yuckiness. Well, I let it dry and it works perfectly.

When you start dropping thing in the loo is when one should develope the habbit of flusing BEFORE they stand up. That way anything that falls in the loo falls into "clean" water.
