I'm not sure if there is extra mass per se, as I think it has to do with the rotation of the Earth.

well the only possible ways that the earth could expand is if theres an increase in mass or if the mass remains constant but the volume increases because of a steadily increasing temperature

mass cant be created from nothing, so maybe the supporters of this theory are saying that the earth has been heating up and expanding because of that. i dont know much about geology or earth science. Cool pictures in that youtube video though

You're right, the magma gradually expands and matter from space increases the mass.

I don't even know where to begin to address this. It's just so out of this world crazy. Plate tectonics is a pretty well-proven theory. We have plenty of data that shows that subduction and spreading is happening now including thermal images of the Earth showing cold slabs of oceanic crust sinking into the Earth's mantle.

Flipping through those sites I notice that they don't actually have any proof. They are just saying what they want to say in the hopes that someone without much intelligence will buy their book. A lot like scam artists.

if the dude doesn't believe in subduction, then how does he explain orogenic mountain belts and their associated earthquake/volcano zones? I didn't catch that in the video.

Although it doesn't really have much in the way of "solid evidence", it does give decent arguments against plate tectonics and the evidence that allegedly supports it.

I think the strongest evidence that expansion tectonics has to support it, is the age of the ocean floor:
