Whoever has wronged another concerning his reputation or anything else should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but, if he has good deeds, those good deeds will be taken from him according to the wrong he has done. And if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him. [Bukhari]

Allah will continue to hold out His hand at night so that he who has sinned during the day might repent, and to hold out His hand during the day so that one who has sinned at night might repent, and Allah will continue to do so till the sun rises from the west. [Muslim]

On the authority of Ibn 'Umar, radiyallahu 'anhuma, who said: The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, took me by the shoulder and said:

"Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a traveler/wayfarer."
Ibn 'Umar used to say:
"When evening comes, do not expect (to live till) morning, and when morning comes, do not expect (to live till) evening. Take from your health (a preparation) for your illness, and from your life for your death."

Your smiling at your brother is a charitable act for you. Your ordering good and eradicating evil is a charitable act. Your guiding a man in a land wherein he is lost is a charitable act. A companion of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The Prophet asked us to do seven things: to visit the sick, to follow funeral processions, to seek God's mercy for someone who sneezes, to return greetings, to help those who are wronged, to accept invitations, and to fulfill our oaths and promises."

Prophet Muhammad Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam said, “Whoever says something in interpreting the Qur’an based on his own opinion should find his place in the Fire.” [Tirmidhi Hadith No. 4023]

The Sahaabah enquired from Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) about the Qurbaani practice. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "It is the way of your father, Ibraheem (alayhis salaam)." The Sahabah asked: "What will we acquire by it?" Rasullullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) replied: "A good deed (is recorded for you) in return for every hair (on its body)." The Sahaabah asked: "O Rasulullah! If there is wool on the body?" Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "A good deed in return for every strand (of wool on its body)."

Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Anyone who has three daughters and provides for them, clothes them and shows mercy to them will definitely enter the Garden." A man from the people said, "And two daughters, Messenger of Allah?" He said, "And two." [Imam Bukhari's Al adab al mufrad]
