On Heresy: If a person utters words of disbelief, not knowing their ramifications....
There is an important axiom that reads, “If a person utters words of disbelief, not knowing their ramifications, then it is not allowed to label his words as heresy.” (Sharh Ibn al-Battal vol. 19 pg. 254.)
