Perhaps you're right. But maybe it's a cultural thing. Where I grew up, you had to follow through with anything you threatened, otherwise you come off looking weak and then others will seize upon that. I agree with all of that. But I don't think it'd be appropriate or necessary to warn with violence in this case. The brother'd probably back off if you were visibly irate and just told him to "back off."

Making people feel stupid is not the way to get them to "see the light" as it were. If anything, doing this would make them even more firm in what they already believe. Him using words like "Hoochie Mama" and "Hood Rat" just goes to show that off camera, he's probably as a big a fool as he ever was prior to his conversion to Islam. Picking on and mocking those he feels to be beneath him is not "halal entertainment" as he puts it, but is just plain pathetic. He needs to worry about himself and his lack of manners before pointing an accusatory finger at anyone.

Just to clarify, I was speaking generally, not on this particular case or the brother in the video. Personally, I don't think his behaviour warrants either violence or even getting aggressive with him. Just appealing to him, and saying "C'mon brother, there has to be better ways to get your point across" would suffice.
