You wouldn't even give him benefit of doubt? That perhaps he was naive and didn't know how to go about things properly? That guy in the videos was very mean and I felt embarassed watching that to know that he's Muslim too..honestly If I were those girls I'd be more discouraged to wear hijab actually. I remember in college my hijabi friends would give me naseeha to wear hijab. But the way they did it was compliment me whenever I wore it and explain the benefits of wearing it.

Have you actually ever interacted with such types before, close-up, on a face-to-face level? Go back and look at the video again, and under the username at the top right, look at their message to the "haters". These kinds of Muslim guys are a bit dense - if you immediately resort to physical threat, they just think what they're doing is right, and physical aggression only gives them a perverse validation of their beliefs and world-view.

The proper and effective rebuttal would be one of of a verbal and intellectual exchange using the Prophet's own advice that dismantles their narrow view of the world. There are plenty of examples from the Sunnah where nabeyuna Muhammad [saws] advised the Sahabaa and emissaries to make the Deen easy on people, and not hard or difficult. The Prophet also got angry when he heard that people were becoming annoyed at the difficult behavior of others; for example he became angry at the Sahabi who, while leading the jam'aah in prayer, made it so unbearably long that one person even broke away from the congregation and completed his prayer on his own.

Giving dawah is also about understanding your target audience, their nuances, their traits, what catches their interest or what turns them off, etc. Not knowing those details is like trying to do surgery after having just walked in off the street.

In short, you tell such people that they shouldn't give dawah in such a manner that it annoys or even outright alienates others, because the net effect is they're turning people away from Islam.

And last but not least ... I'd rather impale my own fist against a wall of spikes rather than beat up a Muslim brother. What he was doing was awkward and nearly detestable, but you don't go around beating up people or even threatening such. IN that case you're pretty much guilty of the same thing you're accusing him of doing.

Practicing what you preach is the best advice, leading by example so to speak.
Only Allah can guide, and if He guides you, then He can also use you as a vehicle to guide others, only by his power.
Having said that, girls who don't wear hijab doesn't necessarily mean that they have weak faith, and they shouldn't be looked down on or treated harshly.
If Allah exposed all of our ill deeds infront of others, I am sure we will remain silent and judge ourselves before others.
I'm just talking in general, my point isn't directed towards anyone.
