Thats the wrong attitude yo...

Having no Haya in public has negative effects on people. Soon they start tolerating it and then eventually consider it normal and there goes your deen out the bay window...

So then what then?

You can kindly and politely address the issue in private with the individual, just like people did back in the day. You're not their mommy or daddy. And if you truly understand human nature, you will understand very well that no one likes to be told of their negative attributes. So embarrassing them in public will not really help your cause either. It's all in your approach and attitude.
