Ya he's clearly wasted, I couldn't even pay attention to what he was saying.. I think I actually saw him pause and take a swig.

He looks normal to me. Slightly dumb, but normal.

Well... If you're trying to make an enlightening video, don't do it while you're drunk/drinking- no one is going to take you seriously.
