Is this mountain Jabal al Lawz the real Mt Sinai?



what do you guys think? i was watching a documentary on it and the evidence presented was really interesting, including the burnt peak as you can see in the pic

This site is also seceretly protected by the saudi government too as you can see here:


My question is are muslims allowed to go here? I would love to visit this place next time I go to Saudi.

I am planning a trip to visit this mountian, my dad is currently working in saudi arabia and this summer i will go there. I really want to investigate this mysterious place my self. I am sure for a muslim person it will be easier to travel to this place, if this non muslim women can travel to this place, why not me then?.
I found from Google earth that it isn't too far from the city of Tabuk.

^ how is it boring, this is ancient historical ground no matter what. i guess you have to be a history and adventure and history buff like me to appreciate these things.

the one problem is there is no large city around it, Tabuk is the nearest largest city which is around 200 km east. There is a small village called Al Bad which is very near it, you can see that from google earth, I guess I would have to get a saudi guide and go with him. This place is hidden thats why very few people have ventured to it. thats the best thing about it.
