The Make 70 Excuses for your Brother/Sister Thread
Okay, don't kill me if there's a thread like this already.
Basically, it's a game where somebody posts a scenario in which a brother/sister looks like they're doing something questionable. Uh-oh. At least that's what we'd say if we were judgmental. However, because we're supposed to make 70 excuses for our sisters and brothers, that's exactly what we're going to do for the person in question.
Fun, right?  Yeah! Let's begin!
So you're at your campus on Valentine's Day where there are lots of rose sales happening. You see a brother that you know giving a rose to a sister that you know. 
What do you think?

Excellent idea, so many good people have gotten hurt because people do not initially think well of them.
Hmm, well i'll think that the sister probably dropped the rose and the brother was just picking it up for her?
Anyways, You stop at a red light and across from you is an AA Clinic from which the President of your MSA is quickly exiting.
What do you think?

You're organising a day out for all the isocs/msa's in the region, you've got 3 isocs confirmed so far, 3 more to go. you've texted the president of one of these isocs a few times to get the update and he says he has a few maybe's and is trying to encourage people to go. Then he sends you a text by mistake in which he says to someone:
"the date is 19th love. plz go. sha_ doesnt stop bugging me dude! you'll have fun!"
You (sha_) dont know the president very well, but they seem like a good guy generally. What do you think about him saying you keep bugging him behind your back?
(note: true scenario and I'm the 'good guy' who text someone by mistake  hence the reason why the text said 'love' in it, guys dont say that )

For mine, I would say that the sister's friend had bought it for her and the brother was just delivering it. True story.
Sha_: for yours, I would think I bothered that president a little too much.  Bugging doesn't have to be a bad thing. Shows you were persistent!
You're on campus and a brother in front of you lets a door slam rudely in your face. What do you think? I'd think maybe he was tired and had a bad day and was lost in thought, and didn't notice me behind him.

Oh, good one. He went to do some research for a school project. I'd stop and give him a ride home and ask him all about it. 
What if it were a Planned Parenthood/abortion clinic?

I like this thread. My first instict was to have fantastically haram explanations for all of the above scenarios... I need to unlearn this habit.

You wouldn't think the president guy (meaning, I) was a bit two-faced and/or battameez ? (or am I being super paranoid here?)
Okay the reason why the president said the organiser was bugging them was cuz they thought that the friend would hurry up and confirm her place knowing the organiser needed an answer. (and I appreciated the bugging tbh because I'm forgetful  ) I'm probably not gonna be reminded next time .

Yeah. It's to get us in the habit of giving people the benefit of the doubt in every situation. 
You can give real life situations if you're having trouble finding excuses for somebody.

Two-faced is when you say you'll come and then text your friends telling them that person is really bugging you, but you have no intention of going to their stupid thing 'cause you hate them 'cause they never came to the last event you organized and you want their turnout to suck as revenge.
