Yes, and my point is valid. All of those are not garuntees as to wether or not your duah will be accepted.

Your posts are as boring and self rightious as a television preacher, what is your point?

relax kiddo, me and Trent are just shoving each other around, its part and parcel of Islamica.
I know you're really jealous that you weren't invited to our party, but please rest assured, if I want to hear from you, I'll give you permission to talk and then you can blab all you want.
Until then please refrain from trying to catch my attention.

There's something called PM. Take up your shoving there. Lets have some normal positive discussion at least in the Religion sub-forum and contribute positively.
And yes, I'm really jealous of not having to read your off-color remarks. Gosh, I dont know how my life would ever be complete without reading your nonsense.

Re: Du'aa Acceptance & Rejection
Hmmm...I went away from my computer for a few hours and came back and saw all these arguments on my thread. I expected some comments relevant to my post. Not comments towards Islamica members. This is my first day at Islamica. I hope this is not the norm. I spent my time on this thread...And have gotten some weird feedback that doesn't even concern my post, hmmm. Can you all please take these arguments some place else. I really don't want there to be fighting in my thread. JazakAllahu khair, aameen.

Well, I never said they were guaranteed. I just stated what Muhammad (saw) and Allah (swt) said. There are special times to make them. And there are certain du'aas that won't be accepted. There are exceptions. And I have trust in what Allah (swt) and His Prophet (saw). So if they say these are the best times, why be hopeless about them? We shouldn't lose hope. There is a reason Allah has stated these things. This is showing part of His Mercy. And of course we are not guaranteed for all of our du'aas to be accepted. That is why I made a Rejection list.
Allahu 'Aalim.

Allah (swt) loves when we make du'aa and ask Him for things, so I think the more du'aas you make, the better. We should make those two du'aas all the time, but sometimes Allah wants to hear you say more, and ask for more.
