That's a somewhat odd response.
It's not bravado so much as long experience. After a few years being on this site (for better or worse) I've seen a lot of people come and go. Lot's of armchair jihadis. So when one of them tells me that I should leave and stop bothering Islamica - I'll tell it to him like it is. He'll be gone and I'll still be here (not that I'm 100% proud of that fact). Where God enters the picture is where you lose me.

It's not odd at all when you're a believer.

As a Muslim, we always preface whatever we intend to do with "inshaAllah" [God-willing].

Too many non-believers however have this almost arrogant air where they say "Oh I'll be here buddy!" or "I'll be a CEO by the time I'm 30" and so on. As if everything is purely dependent on their whims, their desires.

But as a practicing Muslim -- and for some Christians I've noticed too -- we *choose* our words *very* carefully because as we know, our fate lies in the hands of our Lord.

And that's how God enters the picture. For that matter, he's always, in the picture.

Even then, we have filthy people who live for their race, they slander our those brothers and sisters (Bengalis) who were tyrannised by the filthy Munafiqeen in the Paki Army and Government. Unfortunately I am a Pakistan but I feel shame I am one, because we haven't done any good to our Bengali brothers and sisters. May Allah make us get rid of these filthy Munafiqeen and Kuffar who call themselves Muslims but are worse than Kuffar, and live for the race and nationality.

I'm surprised you think like that. Jamat-e-Islami was in favour of the occupation and supported it through their own paramilitary organisations, many of whom fought to the last man. And it was the secular nationalistic Awami League that fought against them. Ask Shahnawaz, he'll tell you.

And there's nothing in Islam that states a Muslim who drinks cannot lead. His sins are between him and Allah. So there's no point in bringing that up.

If we were as biggoted as you, we would disregard it as a foriegn affair. But it is the Wala of Islam that forces us to do our utmost to free from tyranny. You have brothers from all over the world fighting in Kashmir, what right do you have to show pig-headedness regarding your race??

Like I said, it was you who brought up race not me. If race is not important why did you bring up ShiaHazara's race?

About my homeland being occupied, only part of it is and by a nation of 1 billion with a western trained and armed military. It's nothing to be proud of but we are working to fight it and one day, we'll throw them out and repay their crimes with interest. Insh'allah.

So please do regard it as a foreign affair, I can't see any usefulness coming out of you or your people; as I proved earlier you cannot be trusted. That is unless there is a severe shortage of jute and fish merchants in Srinagar.

Wow some **** this guy is; claiming that Muslims from an entire nation cannot be trusted because of some of their ancestors made unfavorable choices. I'm part Paki and I've had a questionable experiences with a couple Bengalis, although I'm also friends with some very pious ones, but I would never rag on the entire nation.

As for that racial pissing contest a bunch of people were having on the previous page; seriously no one gives rat's ass about what your ancestors did; its not like the son of a rapist will also be naturally inclined to rape.

He started with the racial comments, bringing up Genghis Khan and Tatars. I was just pointing out if anyone had to be ashamed of his heritage, it was him. What's good for the goose and all that.
