That's a general statement, certain things then qualify it. Because there are things that take one outside of islam. Totally rejecting takfeer is irja'. Like i said you should do a bit of research. It's never a good idea to go from an ignoble salafi to an ignoble sufis. Classical scholars have extensively written on issues of takfir too. It's not a Wahhabi invention.
