Why does that make us bitter? I think the stories just seem a little ridiculous sometimes, with people acting completely opposite of human nature, random events happening that make no sense at all, etc.....that doesnt make me a bitter person, at least I dont think so

I saw that, I dont see how not agreeing with him makes us bitter Maybe we just have a different opinion?

I'm bitter, and salty, so don't eat me, I taste aweful AND I'm haram.

I think it's the way she says things. She doesn't beat around the bush, she just tells it like it is. Some people get upset with that.

That's a nice story. Amusing too. Thanks for posting, Hanbali.

I certainly don't. I don't think Trent is bitter, even though he disagrees with me all the time. I think YOU are bitter, and you admitted you are bitter, and I've also heard via the grapevine that you are indeed bitter. Once again, do you deny that you are bitter?

Whaaata? Seriously?!
A tree in Jannah would be the most amazing thing ever. Trees here are so awesome; imagine what a tree in Jannah would be like! I had heard that from one of my earliest Qur'an teachers and have always wanted one. They're supposed to be palm trees, but I'm sure if you got there in the first place, you could ask Allah to change yours into whatever trees you like.

Forget hours; trees are where it's at. I'd just wanna lie under my tree all day long.

Well, I thought it was silly/untrue too, but still cute. Gotta see past the cheesiness and look for the message.
