1. There are two categories of Makrooh; a) Tahrimi and, b) Tanzihi.

2. Please specify the actions you are referring to.

4. Makrooh Tahrimi is Haraam. The only reason why it is called Makrooh Tahrimi is due to some technicalities in classifications. However, the outcome of both Makrooh Tahrimi and Haraam is sinful in the sight of Allah. (Madhabul Hanafi vol.1 pg.304). As for Makrooh Tanzihi, by perpetrating it continuously, it will become Makrooh Tahrimi. (Ahsanul Fataawa vol.8 pg.85; HM Saeed)

either that or he works in my old Chemistry building. Someone spilled some thiol compound in the elevator it SMELLED for days!
