there are few selective ways of seeking an accurate answer. the most easiest of all is to ask a highly knowledgeable imam/local scholar with the opinions of well known current/past scholars..(that is if u dont follow the opinion of one sheikh/mufti to death, like a murid stuff) obiviously, the answers shud be accompanied with solid textual evidence and daleel..

then you ask for their own opinion(since nearly all of these local imams/sheikhs have spend their lives studying the deen, so they're for sure more knowledgeble/wealthier in deen than all of your personal war booty and shakira's put together. so trust them.

then wait, reflect..make the decision wth name of ALLAH, The most mercificul and The most gracious. and ALLAH knws best.
