Assalam-o-Alaikum:

This thread is for posting your favourite Quran recitation videos. Here's a few of my favourites

Quran Recitation for Qur'an Lovers: Sheikh Abdelkarim Leading Taraweeh Prayers 4

I think Shaykh Abdelkarim is simply amazing Mashallah.

Here's another one (Dua-e-Qunoot) by the same Shaykh:

YouTube - Sheikh AbdelKarim--Dua Qunut in Witr--Part 1

YouTube - Sheikh AbdelKarim--Dua Qunut in Witr--Part 2

And the next one's by Shaykh Fahd Al-Kanderi

YouTube - Shaykh Fahd Al-Kanderi Surah Al-Qiyamah

Surah Al-Qiyamah scares the heck out of me.

I'll post more videos later inshallah.

That's not a sentence.

Anyways, I am against this stupid policy anyways. If a thread has been dead for a very long time, then I think a new thread on the same topic should be allowed. The 'search it's your friend' crap should only be enforced if someone opens up a thread which was recently posted.

I'm not a fan of Sudais. He goes very fast, and it usually takes me a moment to understand the Arabic. But of course, that's my own shortcoming.

You mean you weren't getting any previously posted similar threads?

Or that you were unable to access the Search page?
