Default Books with conversion stories

I am currently looking for books by converts about their journeys to Islam. I am aware of works by Muhammad Asad and Dr. Jeffery Lang, so something else would be appreciated. Note that I am not looking for online sources.

Thank you for your help.

I wonder if Ruqayyah Waris Maqsood has written anything about her conversion? It would be most interesting to read if she has.

Umm, Yvonne Ridley - I'm sure she's written about her conversion, although I'm not a fan of her writing style.

Sorry I can't give more concrete examples, those were just the ideas that popped into my head.

Books I've read:

Daughters of Another Path is kind of the classic american female converting to islam book. It's written by the mother of a convert, and contains the story of her daughter's conversion, as well as interviews with other converts and info on islam.

Believing as Ourselves is a kind of after the conversion story - the disillusion and how to get through it.

The Cross & the Crescent - not strickly a conversion story, but does explain the reasons why the author converted to Islam throughout the book.

Becoming Muslim - Sheikh Nuh's conversion story. also available online.

Autobiography of Malcolm X

Books that are on my to get list that I haven't read yet:

Islam Our Choice: Portraits of Moderan American Muslim Women

Women Embracing Islam: Gender and Conversion in the West

The Sun Is Rising in the West: Journey to Islam: New Muslims Tell About Their Journey to Islam

Islam, the alternative - written by a german convert. I can't remember if it has his conversion story or not. My husband has it laying around somewhere, and I'll check if I can find it.

Engaged Surrender: African American Women and Islam - has a section on conversion

Islam in the African-American Experience

A Muslim in Victorian America: The Life of Alexander Russell Webb

The Face Behind the Veil - contains several stories of converts

Becoming Muslim: Western Women's Conversions to Islam

British Muslim Converts: Choosing Alternative Lives
