Asalamu 3alikum Kewl ISC members:
Tomorrow is Thursday and I plan on fasting. Right now I am having my un-official "suhur" beef stew with 1/2 slice of pumpkin pie..and of course water and those of us who suffer from heartrate please don't forget to take ur meds or if u arent on meds. like myself antiacid chewing tables for heartburn relief at the end of your meal.
Hope Allah the most gracious and the most merciful accepts this deeds from us and erase our sayyiats aka bad deeds. inshaAllah  remember me in ur du3as while u are making iftar i'll likewise 
sisterly love for our Ummah!! |

My day went well al hamdoulilah. Thanks to Islamica's special Doc. I didnt get any heartburn attacks today 'coz i remember to popped two tablets before i slept . it was wonderful may Allah accepts all our deeds. |

Fasting/Siyam is such a good thing for your heart and body. If you're strugling with haram stuff ie: music or cursing etc, then fasting is such a good thing, forcing you to quit those habits. I think what you're suggesting is very good pm'ing people. I'll try go get some ppl I know, we can only get these peoples words, we can't force them. I mean people wanna do it they can, if they don't then its up to them. It is a sunnah, and if they don't wanna then AllahuAlam. Personally i like it cuz not only does it help me spiritually but also physically so i can stay fit  you know cut down on some JUNK FOOD! that could be a alternative. Mayb we can try to get people to join with some initiative lol. A CANDY BAR!!
