assalamalaykum,
I'm not sure if this is to do with the fact I'm in the UAE or not, but sometimes I can't access Islamica for weeks. When I try loading it, it says there is a 'Network Error'. This is the same message that comes when Islamica is down. Once I didn't access Islamica for a month thinking it was down when in actuality, everyone else could still access it.
I would've thought that it's being blocked in the Country, but the Message that turns up for blocked sites is absolutely different.
I'm currently using through a proxy. :S
